The Play Station

We like the place. It’s decent for the price but it’s like no one does maintenance on the place. Things are broken and ripped and none has taken them out/replaced them. It’s a nice place for a budget friendly family indoor play. On the entrances there are Arcade style games which is a hit for the older kids. There is an on-site fast food canteen. Good price, simple menu. There is a small prayer area upstairs too. Would visit again.

Visited today with my family really enjoyed myself, although it was busy the staff managed it well. There was an hour and 30 min session so it didn’t get too hectic and unsafe in the soft play. Even though I went over my time by 15 minutes staff still allowed us to order food and eat upstairs, very kind and considerate most definitely recommend coming!

Parking is nonexistent, I went to the toilet as soon as I got there and it was disgusting, the floor was wet throughout so walking very slowly was vital as it was like walking on ice without skates. The toilet was unflushed and toilet paper on the floor. The equipment is well over due some maintenance. The Seating area was absolutely nasty there was empty cups and food that had not been cleared up so others could use the area, a rubbish bag tied to the netting was a joke because the floor was still dirty. The play area is good despite the lack of maintenance to the look of the equipment. What disturbed me most was the trampoline area, it clearly says up to 13 years old and 1 child per section. This is not being enforced by the staff that are supposed to be supervising. I saw two children that were obviously over 13 and. Multiple users on the same trampoline which is an accident waiting to happen. The staff need to be alert to the kind of hazards in a place like this, the staff regularly check the wrist bands of users to make sure they don't over stay yet they walk past discarded food and drinks. Inspite of my criticisms the place is a good place for children to fully enjoy themselves with plenty to occupy any child but they need to bear in mind the building needs a serious overall, if they do that then it will be a very positive move. In my opinion the place is under supervised and the staff under trained.

Where do I start… there’s 0 parking soon as you step foot through the door you welcomed with a whiff of poo, p & sweat this place is packed… ur biggest regret will be taking ur eye off ur kid for 0.1 seconds they will get lost instantly staff aren’t very helpful saw a little boy crying Calling for his mum right in front of 2 staff members who completely ignored him until someone pointed out he was missing his mum….
